Banana Rolls
Makes 2 servings
1 banana, peeled
2 slices bread
1 Tbsp cream cheese
or jam
How to make
1. Take a rolling
pin and flatten bread. Slice off crusts.
2. Spread with cream
cheese.
3. Slice banana in
half crosswise.
4. Roll bread around
banana.
5. Serve as a roll
or slice into coins and top with a raisin.
Options
¶ For a hot,
crispy roll, put on greased cookie sheet with seam-side down.
Bake in 300º F oven for 20 minutes.
