Tortillas
Makes 10 tortillas
2 cups water
3/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
How to make
1. Mix ingredients
in a container with a lid. Shake until smooth.
2. Heat pan to high
heat and grease pan lightly.
3. Shake batter, pour
about 1/3 cup of batter into pan, swirling pan to spread batter.
4. Cook for 1 minute
on each side.
