A Vow to Cherish

I have made a vow.
I have made a promise to my creator.
That I will serve my Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ, each and every day.
Jesus is my guiding light
each day all day through.
Jesus is my strength.
In Jesus, true peace, and happiness
is found.
I have made a vow.
Yes! a vow to cherish.
Thank you Lord, I most humbly pray.
Through the vow that I have made
I am doing everything
that is true, Holy, and spiritually right.
Father I dearly love you.
1 John 4: 7
"Beloved let us love one another:
for love is of God; and every
one that loveth is born of God,
and knoweth God."
My vow is Holy and true
that I have made with God above.
My body is God's Holy temple.
The Holy Spirit of my Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ now lives
within my heart.
Jesus, precious Jesus
I humbly thank you.
This vow that I have made
to God, in heaven above
I truly cherish.
With this cherished vow
God is cleansing my mind
through Jesus Christ.
I have let go of earthly ways.
My heart and mind are
focused on heavenly things.
With Jesus, truer love, I could
never find.
I have given God my all
with this vow, that I so
dearly cherish.
My life is filled with happiness
and joy.
Listening, I hear God's
Holy guiding angels
calling my name.
I feel my heart and mind grow
in Jesus Christ.
Hallelujah, hallelujah. Praise God.
Since I made my vow to God
to serve Jesus
my life has not been the same.
I've been truly blessed
with this cherished vow
that I have made.
I now belong to God above.
This Holy temple has been cleansed.
With the blood of Jesus
who died upon that rugged cross.
My every sin has been forgiven.
Through Jesus Christ
I now have eternal life
fully paid.
Hallelujah, glory, praise God.
John 14: 1-4
"Let not your heart be troubled:
ye believe in God, believe also
in me.
In my Father's house are
many mansions: if it were
not so, I would of told you.
And if I go and prepare a
place for you, I will come again
and receive you unto myself;
that where I am, there ye
may be also.
And whither I go ye know,
and the way ye know."
Hallelujah, praise God.
Jesus is leading my way
with this vow that I cherish.
I have everything to be
thankful for.
God is love.
1 John 4: 16
"And we have known and
believed the love that God hath
to us. God is love; and he
that dwelleth in love
dwelleth in God,
and God in him."
This vow that I so
dearly cherish.
Praise God, glory, glory, hallelujah.
