As an Eagle

Lord, help me clearly see
as an eagle.
Help me to soar
in the heavens ever so high.
I pray dear Lord
to be set free.
So that I can be with Jesus
for ever more.
Lord help me glide
as an eagle.
Through your majestic
creation.
Admiring your pristine
beauty beneath these wings
which you have given me.
Lord give me strength
as an eagle.
Isaiah 40: 31
"But those who hope
in the Lord will renew
their strength. They will
soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow
weary, they will walk
and not be faint."
As an eagle
glides on the air currents
ever so high.
Lift me with your
Holy Spirit Father, please.
As an eagle, Father
on you I can rely.
For an eagle, Father
you provide.
Your loving Holy Spirit Father
has done the same for me.
I could never ask for more.
Thank you Father.
As an eagle I do glide.
In your loving Holy Spirit
Father I am free.
Glory, glory, hallelujah
praise God.
