Upon Nature's glassy ballroom
floor.
Raindrops are dancing.
A pond, beside the Kettle Valley
Railway Line, is alive!
Teams of raindrops.
Yes! by the score.
Dancing in time to a chickadee's
call.
Hiking along the Kettle Valley
Railway Line, in a gentle rain.
A wild purple violet appears,
beside the trail.
Dressed in rain droplets.
Reflecting Nature's smiling face.
Enhancing our day.
The rain has ceased.
Lunch is served in true wilderness
harmony.
Sitting back on the Tulameen
River's shore.
Fully enjoying a backpacker's lunch.
Absorbed in the tranquil sounds of
Nature.
In love with the intricacy of Nature;
These wilderness wanderers couldn't
ask for more.
