Forgiven

Each true Christian has been forgiven,
Jesus lived a perfect humble life,
While on earth,
Jesus taught how to give,
In God's ways,
Jesus taught, not to judge our brother,
Praise you Jesus for our Christian birth.
Luke 6:37
"Judge not, and ye shall not be judged:
Condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned:
Forgive, and ye shall be forgiven."
Jesus died upon the cross,
Filled with unconditional, pure,
Holy love,
When Jesus left His life, here on,
Earth,
He paid for each and every sin,
That we will ever commit,
We, have been forgiven,
By his Holiness in heaven above.
Matthew 9:6
"But that ye may know that,
The Son of man hath power,
On earth to forgive sins."
All true Christians,
Have been cleansed by the blood,
Of our savior Jesus Christ,
Christians have been spiritually cleansed,
We have been forgiven,
Praise you Jesus.
1 Peter 1:19
"But with the precious blood,
Of Christ, as of a lamb without
Blemish, and without spot."
1 Peter 1:22
"Seeing ye have purified,
Your souls in obeying the truth,
Through the spirit unto,
Unfeigned love of the brethren,
See that ye love one another,
With a pure heart fervently."
True God-fearing Christians,
Have been forgiven,
Jesus paid the price with His blood,
This price has satisfied the demands,
Of God's Holiness.
2 Corinthians 7:1
"Having therefore these promises,
Dearly beloved, let us cleanse,
Ourselves from all filthiness of,
The flesh and spirit, perfecting,
Holiness in the fear of God."
Luke 1:75
"In holiness and righteousness,
Before him, all the days of our life."
Isn't it awesome and,
Exhilarating, to know,
That we have been forgiven,
By the grace of God above?
Through Jesus we continue,
To spiritually grow.
Ephesians 2:4,5
"But God, who is rich in mercy,
For His great love wherewith,
He loved us.
Even when we were dead,
In sins hath quickened us,
Together with Christ, (by grace,
Ye are saved).
Through intimate love,
And the blood of Jesus,
We have been forgiven.
Praise God,
Hallelujah, amen.
