God is the Potter

God is the potter,
We are the clay,
God shapes us into,
True spiritual beings,
Thank you Father, I humbly pray,
God loves us He is true,
If we should fall and break,
God will remake us,
We are the clay,
God is the potter,
What wonderful vessels,
Our Eternal Father does make,
God wants us to be perfect,
He really does fuss.
Our Lord's pottery is unique,
God makes His clay,
With tender love and care,
God created us all,
I know of whom I speak,
Thank you Lord I pray,
God is the potter,
God is love,
Nothing else will ever compare.
