God's Gracious Garden

Holy Spirit Empowered

A rancher's field of new growth; enhanced
in refreshing spring green.
With dandelions in full bloom, reflecting
nuggets of gold.

Thirteen Canada geese, snuggled down
on Nature's sparkling carpet.

This gracious garden is skirted with a
running stand of aspen trees.

Soaring in from afar;
a profound pair of downy woodpeckers.
These uniquely equipped birds;
begin rat-a-tat-tatting on a dead
weather-beaten aspen.

Sounds of Nature reverberating across
the superb Tulameen Valley.
The prolific haunting call of a Northern Flicker;
Mingling with the sound of rushing water,
in the meandering Tulameen River.
Nature's best, by far.
Proclaiming God's gracious garden.

God's gracious garden;
most picturesque.
From the trail,
Canada geese at ease; twelve at rest.
A lone sentinel standing guard.
Framed between newly leaved branches
of the aspens.
In wilderness spring green tapestry.

A marmot, peers up from below God's
masterpiece.
Taking in God's gracious garden.
The underground gracious garden friend
salutes. Yes! Satisfied.
Inspection passed.

Critters of the wild; adorning God's
gracious garden.
Praising our Creator for blessing the
rancher's field in Nature's best.
Behold! A piece of serene paradise.
