Harbour of Hope

When out on the sea,
if a storm comes up,
you head your boat into a harbour.
Here you find yourself safe,
and secure.
You have protection from the storm.
You have peace and hope.
Jesus Christ, God's begotten
Son, is our harbour of hope.
In this life there are many storms.
When life gets confusing
and everything is getting you down,
head for Jesus, your harbour of hope.
Call on the mighty name of Jesus,
With Jesus you have protection,
from the storms in your life.
Titus 3: 4 - 8
"But when the kindness
and the love of God our Savior
appeared,
he saved us, not because of
righteous things we had done,
but because of his mercy. He
saved us through the washing
of rebirth and renewal by
the Holy Spirit,
whom he poured out on us
generously through Jesus Christ
our Savior,
so that, having been justified
by his grace, we might become heirs
having the hope of eternal life.
This is a trustworthy saying.
And I want you to stress these things,
so those who have trusted in
God may be careful to devote
themselves to doing what is good.
These things are excellent and profitable
for everyone."
My dear brothers and sisters,
in Christ. Let's pray;
Dear heavenly Father:
We praise you for being a God
of love.
Father we humbly praise you for
being a faithful God, always having
hope in us.
We praise your Holy name Father.
Thank you dear loving Father
for your love, that you've given us
in Jesus Christ, which binds each
God-fearing Christian together.
We love you Father:
With our hearts, minds, spirits, souls,
and with all of our innermost strength.
We praise you Father,
for giving us mercy, in our harbour
of hope, Jesus Christ.
Father, thank you for guiding
us through the storms in our lives.
Father sometimes the storms,
in our lives are very intense, and we
can hardly see before us.
But you are always there
dear Father, with your guiding
light, Jesus Christ.
In the storms of life, Father,
our faith at times grows very weak.
But by your love, and grace Father
we always have enough faith
to guide us out of the storm,
and into our harbour of hope,
Jesus Christ.
Where we always find protection,
where our faith and hope in you Father
is always built up,
and our hearts and minds renewed,
in Jesus Christ.
Father we lift this prayer
up before your throne, in faith.
In the precious name of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Amen
