His Word's Our Map

His Word is our map.
The Holy Spirit is our compass.
His Word's our map,
leading the way.
To eternal life in heaven above.
Upon this path of true life,
blessing after blessing is
found.
Thank you Lord Jesus, each,
God-fearing Christian does
humbly pray.
Jesus Christ is our surveyor;
using the Holy Spirit as our
compass, has graced our path
of life eternal, in a straight
line.
By studying his Word,
each and every day,
the Holy Spirit, our compass,
will keep your bearing running true.
Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with
all your heart
and lean not on your own
understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight."
Study his Word, and you will find
that the Holy Spirit, our compass,
has painted a most vivid line
through his Word, our map,
to the narrow gate, that leads
the way.
This is the gate, that Jesus
walked through.
Yes! The Holy Spirit is:
Holy, divine, righteous, and true.
Matthew 7:13-14
"Enter through the narrow gate.
For wide is the gate and broad
is the road that leads to destruction,
and many enter through it.
But small is the gate and narrow
the road that leads to life,
and only a few find it."
God loves you!
Father God in heaven above.
Thank you for your Word: our map.
Thank you for your Holy Spirit:
our compass.
Father God, bless us please!
Give us the strength, O heavenly
Father to walk in the fruits
of the Spirit.
Love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
and self-control.
Galatians 5:22-26
"But the fruit of the Spirit is
love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control.
Against such things there is no law.
Those who belong to Christ Jesus
have crucified the sinful nature
with its passions and desires.
Since we live by the Spirit,
let us keep in step with the Spirit.
Let us not become conceited
provoking and envying each other."
Father God in heaven above.
Thank you for being a faithful,
merciful, righteous, and Holy God.
We can do all things through him
who gives us strength.
Hallelujah!
Philippians 4:13
"I can do everything through
him who gives me strength."
Father God, all things work
for the good for those who love
you. Those called according
to your purpose.
Praise you heavenly Father, for:
Your unfailing love.
Father God, we pray, that our
map does not become covered in
dust.
Inspire us, O heavenly Father,
to focus on and study your
Holy Word. Our map,
each and every day.
All year through.
Holy Spirit, you are:
Our compass, pointing the way home.
With you, O, Holy Spirit, we will
walk.
Thank you for your loving Son
Jesus Christ, O heavenly Father.
Father God, we dearly love you.
We are focused on Jesus,
the author and perfecter of
our faith.
A true compass bearing,
never fails. Hallelujah!

Holy Spirit, in you, and in
Jesus Christ, we trust.
Father, Abba, Daddy
lead us by your Holy Spirit,
in Jesus's mighty name,
we pray.
