God's Son,
Jesus Christ,
Has brought a great deal,
Of joy down in my heart,
The holy spirit of Jesus Christ,
Has brought my heart and mind together,
Now they are one,
I have joy down in my heart,
Jesus Christ is very real.
With joy down in my heart,
I am happy and glad,
God loves me,
Through Jesus Christ His Son,
The Lord has made me strong,
I have joy down in my heart,
In Jesus Christ, God has set me free,
I thank God, in a heartfelt song.
With joy down in my heart,
Through Jesus Christ, I praise God above
My heart bubbles with happiness and joy,
Thank you Father for my spiritual start,
In my heart and mind,
I have God's joy and love,
Through Jesus Christ, God's Son,
I have joy down in my heart,
Truer love I will never find.
With spiritual joy down in my heart,
I have come a long ways,
Jesus is driving,
I'm riding in our Lord's cart,
With joy down in my heart, it's God whom I praise,
I am on a Christian walk,
With true spiritual joy down in my heart,
It's in God's love in which my soul is thriving.
Each and every day,
Jesus Christ, God's Son,
And I talk,
With joy down in my heart,
I am filled with God's love,
Thank you Lord I pray,
Jesus Christ has brought my heart and mind,
Together,
They are now one,
With joy down in my heart, I humbly thank God above
