Look to the Cross

Look to the cross,
here we have been redeemed.
Galatians 3: 13-14
"Christ redeemed us from
the curse of the law by
becoming a curse for us,
for it is written:
cursed is everyone who
is hung on a tree.
He redeemed us in
order that the blessing
given to Abraham might
come to the Gentiles
through Christ Jesus, so
that by faith we might
receive the promise
of the Spirit."
Look to the cross,
where you have been redeemed,
with the blood of Jesus Christ.
The cross is your salvation.
The blood that Jesus shed
upon the cross, has cleansed us,
of our every sin.
It's the cross, that has
set us free.
Psalm 34: 14-22
"Turn from evil
and do good; seek peace
and pursue it.
The eyes of the Lord
are on the righteous
and his ears are attentive
to their cry;
the face of the Lord is
against those who do evil,
to cut off the memory of
them from the earth.
The righteous cry out,
and the Lord hears them;
he delivers them from all
their troubles.
The Lord is close to
the broken hearted
and saves those who are crushed
in spirit.
A righteous man may have
many troubles,
but the Lord delivers him from
them all;
he protects all his bones,
not one of them will be broken.
Evil will slay the wicked;
the foes of the righteous will be
condemned.
The Lord redeems his servants;
no one will be condemned who
takes refuge in him."
Look to the cross,
on the cross Jesus gave everything.
Jesus gave his perfect life.
While on the cross,
Jesus absorbed every kind of pain,
imaginable.
Absorbing the sins of the world.
Look to the cross,
what happened on the cross
was God's love,
forgiving all of mankind
by His grace.
We were bought out of bondage
and sin.
With the highest price
imaginable.
A pure, holy, perfect life
was given,
to buy back our every sin.
By the cross we have
been redeemed.
Yes! those who follow Jesus,
are God's chosen people.
Each true, humble, meek,
God-fearing Christian
was chosen before the creation
of the world.
Ephesians 1: 3-14
"Praise be to the God
and Father of our Lord
Jesus Christ, who has
blessed us in the heavenly
realms with every spiritual
blessing in Christ.
For he chose us in him
before the creation of the world
to be holy and blameless in
his sight. In love
he predestined us to be
adopted as his sons through
Jesus Christ, in accordance
with his pleasure and will -
to the praise of his glorious
grace, which he has freely given
us in the one he loves.
In him we have redemption
through his blood, the forgiveness
of sins, in accordance with
the riches of God's grace
that he lavished on us
with all wisdom and
understanding.
And he made known
to us the mystery of his will
according to his good pleasure,
which he purposed in Christ,
to be put into effect when
the times will have reached
their fulfillment - to bring
all things in heaven and on earth
together under one head,
even Christ.
In him we were also chosen,
having been predestined
according to the plan of him
who works out everything in
conformity with the purpose of
his will.
In order that we, who
were the first to hope in Christ,
might be for the praise of
his glory.
And you were also included
in Christ when you heard the
word of truth, the gospel
of your salvation.
Having believed, you were
marked in him with a seal,
the promised Holy Spirit,
who is a deposit
guaranteeing our inheritance
until the redemption of those
who are God's possession -
to the praise of his glory."
Look to the cross,
for this is in God's will
for you in Jesus Christ.
Glory be to Jesus. Praise God.
Hallelujah! Amen.
