Sitting up above,
the Tulameen River, on a mound.
Enjoying a walkahaulic lunch.
And praising our Creator
for his divine righteous love.
Along the Tulameen River,
Jan's and my eyes, begin to
search.
There! A marsh hawk!
soars, along the treeline, on
the far shore.
Winging its way downstream,
this magnificent bird disappears.
Our feathered friend
has truly blessed our day.
Could we ask for more?
On our hike, back home,
from the river front arises;
our Creator's bird of splendor.
On, massive muscular wings!
Soaring on the air currents,
this graceful bird of prey;
energizes,
Jan's and my love for:
Creation.
Marsh Hawk Walk.
Truly a blessed day.
