My heart's desire;
My greatest desire is:
To be more like you Jesus.
Whom I dearly and truly
admire.
My heart's desire, and cry;
Is to walk in your Spirit,
dear, sweet precious Jesus.
Your love Jesus, is unfailing,
unending, and spiritually
unique.
Jesus your ways are:
Divine, righteous, and holy.
This, I will never deny.
My heart's desire;
is: To follow you, precious Jesus,
all of my days.
Continually drawing closer,
in your Spirit.
Adding fuel to my spiritual fire.
And constantly giving you,
heartfelt praise.
Living and walking,
in the righteous, divine glory
of your riches, dear Jesus;
is my heart's cry, and only
desire.
