My Master's Voice

When I awake each morning,
I hear my Master's voice.
My Master is Jesus Christ.
My Master is calling,
come my child, take my hand.
I will guide you through,
this day.
In Jesus Christ, my soul does rejoice.
My Master's voice.
Guides my soul, in a holy
and righteous way.
By my Master's voice,
I am led.
First thing each day,
early in the morning,
Jesus leads me to His well
of living water.
Where my spirit is lifted,
and my soul is divinely fed.
My Master's voice,
guides me to His Father's word,
the Holy Bible.
Where I drink of the Holy Spirit.
My Master knows my every
need.
By following my Master's voice,
I feel God's divine intimate love.
Psalm 29: 2-11
"Ascribe to the Lord the glory
due his name;
worship the Lord in splendor
of his holiness.
The voice of the Lord
is over the waters;
the God of glory thunders,
the Lord thunders over the
mighty waters.
The voice of the Lord is
powerful;
the voice of the Lord is majestic.
The voice of the Lord breaks
the cedars;
the Lord breaks in pieces
the cedars of Lebanon.
He makes Lebanon skip like
a calf,
Sirion like a young wild ox.
The voice of the Lord strikes
the desert;
the Lord shakes the desert of
Kadesh.
The voice of the Lord twists
the oaks
and strips the forests bare.
and in his temple all cry, 'Glory!'
The Lord sits enthroned
over the flood;
the Lord is enthroned as King
forever.
The Lord gives strength
to his people;
the Lord blesses his people
with peace."
My Master's voice guides me
as I journey through my humble
Christian life,
serving my Master, Jesus Christ.
By listening to my Master's voice,
and following His ways
I've been given power and authority.
My Master's voice is,
my guiding light.
I've been called to serve.
Yes! I'm His.
Lord Jesus, you get all of my
humble praise.
Matthew 23: 8-12
"But you are not to be called
Rabbi, for you have only one
Master and you are all brothers.
And do not call anyone
on earth 'Father,' for you have one
Father, and he is in heaven.
Nor are you to be called
'Teacher,' for you have one
Teacher, the Christ.
The greatest among you
will be your servant.
For whoever exalts himself
will be humbled,
and whoever humbles himself
will be exalted."
God is good. Yes!
all the time.
1 John 4: 4
"You, dear children, are from
God and have overcome them,
because the one who is in you
is greater than the one who is
in the world."
It's in my Master's voice
in which I live.
By being faithful, Jesus Christ
has every godly thing to give.
My precious soul does rejoice!
Hallelujah!
Glory be to Jesus.
Praise God. Amen.
