Holy Spirit Inspired

Sitting back on its haunches
this chipmunk is face to face
with a junco.

The junco is perched on a
branch of a Saskatoon bush.
Ruffling its feathers, to keep
chipmunk's attention.
Junco boldly speaks Nature's
message

The chipmunk is attentive.
Letting its counterpart share
in the full glory of creation.

Eye to eye; these blessings
of Nature; the chipmunk,
a cheeky chap.
And the junco, a song bird of
paradise, in the wholesome gifts'
of Nature, share.
