The Cross is the Bridge

I came to earth
a long time ago
to give back, what Adam and Eve took away.
My name is Jesus Christ, your Savior.
I was given a virgin birth.
A fresh, and new, Holy spiritual flow.
In me I pray you stay.
Titus 2:13
"Looking for that blessed
hope and glorious appearing
of the great God and our Savior
Jesus Christ."
I healed the sick and raised the dead
to show you the power of God above.
I made disciples of men
and taught them how to share.
My Father's eternal love.
The cross is the bridge.
Before my Spirit, left the flesh behind
I broke bread to represent my body.
I gave my disciples wine to drink
to represent my blood.
John 6: 55-58
"For my flesh is meat indeed,
and my blood is drink indeed.
He that eateth my flesh,
and drinketh my blood, dwelleth
in me, and I in him.
As the living Father hath
sent me, and I live by the Father:
so he that eateth me, even he
shall live by me.
This is that bread which
came down from heaven: not as
your fathers did eat manna, and
are dead: he that eateth of this
bread shall live for ever."
I died upon that rugged cross
to give you eternal life abundantly.
I took all of your pain and suffering
while on the cross.
You are my Father's children.
I love you.
Revelation 21:4
"And God shall wipe away
all tears from their eyes; and
there shall be no more death,
neither sorrow, nor crying
neither shall there be any more pain:
for the former things are passed away."
1 Peter 4:1-2
"Forasmuch then as Christ
hath suffered for us in the
flesh, arm yourselves likewise
with the same mind: for he that
hath suffered in the flesh hath
ceased from sin;
That he no longer should live
the rest of his time in the flesh
to the lusts of men, but to the
will of God."
The cross is the bridge.
I died upon the cross
to leave the lusts of the flesh
and earthly ways behind.
My Father is the creator of love.
In Jesus Christ believe.
Truer love you will never find.
To my Father, I proved true.
I listened to and followed His ways.
From the cross, I was raised up
in glory.
I took with me, your every sin
that you will ever commit.
My Father is the creator of love.
To Him give praise.
1 John 3:9
"Whosoever is born of God
doth not commit sin; for his seed
remaineth in him: and he cannot
sin, because he is born of God."
From the cross, to eternal life
in heaven above.
You are my flock, I have showed you
how to live.
Holy and true.
Thank you all my humble, meek children.
For believing in me, and following my ways.
Through my Father, I have eternal life to give.
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only begotten
Son, that whosoever believeth in
him should not perish, but have
everlasting life."
Please give my Father praise.
My God-given children, someday
you will be with me.
Live by my Father's Holy Word.
And let Him guide you.
With honest true belief, you will be set free
of earthly ways.
John 14:1-4
"Let not your heart be troubled:
ye believe in God, believe also
in me.
In my Father's house are
many mansions: if it were not so,
I would of told you. I go to
prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a
place for you, I will come again,
and receive you unto myself; that
where I am, there ye may be also.
And whither I go ye know,
and the way ye know."
John 14:6
"Jesus said unto him, I am
the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
Praise God, glory, glory, hallelujah.
