The Door of Faith

Holy Spirit Inspired

The cross of Calvary;
is the "Door of Faith."
Adam and Eve sinned in
the Garden of Eden.
Genesis 2:15-17
"The Lord God placed the man
in the Garden of Eden to tend
and watch over it. But the Lord
God warned him, you may freely
eat the fruit of every tree in the
garden -- except the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil.
If you eat its fruit, you are sure
to die."
Adam and Eve, our first ancestors,
were the highlight of God's creation --
the very reason God made the world.
But they didn't always live the way
God intended. Through their mistakes,
we can learn important lessons about
the way God wants us to live. Adam
and Eve teach us much about the nature
of sin and its consequences.
Adam and Eve disobeyed Father God.
Adam and Eve went against Father God's
universal plan.
Father God sent His one and only begotten
Son Jesus Christ to earth.
Jesus Christ was born as a human being,
through the virgin Mary.
Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
was born pure and sin free.
From childhood, Jesus taught His Father's
righteous and holy ways.

Jesus Christ came to earth in His Father's
full glory.
Jesus had faith in His Father's divine glory.
Jesus never lost hope in His Father's glorious
righteous ways.
Jesus went through all kinds of trials and
temptation; while teaching His followers
His Father's righteous ways.
Jesus Christ was steadfast in teaching
His Father's holy and righteous ways...
Jesus had growing faith in His Father's
Holy Word.
In faith Jesus always proved His Father's
righteous ways.
The cross of Calvary is:
"The Door of Faith." Jesus had absolute
faith in His Father.
After Jesus had broken into the enemies
camp, and took back what he had stolen;
{eternal life}.
A life time of preaching and teaching
His Father's righteousness.
Jesus Christ of Nazareth stepped up to
the cross; the "Door of Faith."
In faith Jesus paid the highest price.
On the cross of Calvary; for you and me,
Jesus shed His godly, innocent, sin free,
and righteous blood.
Those found in Christ are a new creation.
The old has gone the new has come!
In the blood, free of sin; that our Savior
Jesus Christ shed upon the cross of Calvary,
our faith, eternally grows.
All believers in Jesus Christ's righteous
and holy ways are free from the lusts of
the flesh.
We are alive and truly living in the Holy Spirit
of Jesus Christ.
In faith, we are the apple of Father God's eye.
Yes! we are Father God's adopted children.
We are more than conquerors.
As followers of Christ Jesus, we are heirs to
His royal throne of grace.
Life in the Spirit
Romans 8:1-17
"So now there is no condemnation for those
who belong to Christ Jesus.
And because you belong to him, the power
of the life-giving Spirit has freed you
from the power of sin that leads to death.
The law of Moses was unable to save us
because of your weakness of your sinful
nature. So God did what the law could
not do. He sent his own Son in a body like
the bodies we sinners have. And in that body
God declared an end to sin's control over us
by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins.
He did this so that the just requirement of
the law would be fully satisfied for us,
who no longer follow our sinful nature but
instead follow the Spirit.
Those who are dominated by the sinful nature
think about sinful things, but those who are
controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things
that please the Spirit.
So letting your sinful nature control your mind
leads to death. But letting the Spirit control
your mind leads to life and peace.
For the sinful nature is always hostile to God.
It never did obey God's laws, and it never will.
That's why those who are still under the control
of their sinful nature can never please God.
But you are not controlled by your sinful nature.
You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the
Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that
those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living
in them do not belong to him at all.)
And Christ lives within you, so even though your
body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you
life because you have been made right with God.
The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead,
lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus
from the dead, he will give life to your mortal
bodies by this same Spirit living within you.
Therefore, dear brothers and sisters; you have
no obligation to do what your sinful nature urges
you to do.
For if you live by its dictates; you will die. But if
through the power of the Spirit you put to death the
deeds of your sinful nature, you will live.
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children
of God.
So you have not received a spirit that makes you
fearful slaves. Instead, you received God's Spirit
when he adopted you as his own children. Now
we call him, "Abba, Father."
For his Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we
are God's children.
And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In
fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God's glory.
But if we are to share his glory, we must also share
his suffering."
Step with me, my dear friend, up to the cross.
In faith, and fully trusting in Jesus Christ
step across the threshold,
into the full glory of eternity.
Leaving the cares of the world behind.
In faith, step out onto heaven's main boulevard
of Jesus Christ's fame and glory.
Take Jesus's outstretched hand.
By faith in Jesus Christ's eternal glory; you receive
all of your heavenly treasures, for following
the Lord Jesus Christ's every command.
