The Spoken Word

The word belongs to God above,
Your Holy Bible, is God's word for you,
The book you take to church,
Is our Father's instruction manual.
Loaded with our Creator's eternal love.
When true God-fearing humble Christians share,
What God has in store for them,
There is a ripple effect.
God's Holy word is exhilarating and true.
2 Corinthians 6:7
"By the word of truth, by the,
Power of God, by the armor,
Of righteousness on the right hand,
And on the left."
When other people around the world,
See how God-fearing Christians live,
They ask, why are these people always,
Happy and wearing a smile?
God's word ripples, when others see,
That God has eternal love to give.
Living by the spoken word, makes everything,
Truly worthwhile.
Matthew 18:16
"But if he will not hear thee,
Then take with thee one or two,
More, that in the mouth of two,
Or three witnesses every word,
May be established."
Through the spoken word, God does give,
Eternal life in heaven above.
God's spoken word is for everyone.
John 3:16
"For God so loved the world,
That he gave his only begotten Son,
That whosoever believeth in him,
Should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Through the spoken word,
Our ever loving eternal Father,
Has everything to give.
There is power in the spoken word,
From the depths of my humble heart,
I've shared God's eternal love with others.
And taken prayer requests before God's throne.
Through the spoken word,
In which I believe is exceedingly strong.
God always answers my prayers,
With positive results.
I humbly thank Jesus, in a loving song,
For my Christian sisters and brothers,
That I've received, through His spoken word.
1 John 2:5
"But whoso keepeth his word,
In him verily is the love of God,
Perfected: hereby know we that we,
Are in him."
Praise God, hallelujah,
Amen
