Through the Eyes of a Wood Tick

Wood ticks live upon the ground,
We may be small,
But listen to every sound,
When hungry wood ticks latch onto a beast,
Through the eyes of a wood tick,
Everything is enormous,
A wood tick loves being a pest to say the least.
Wildlife gives us, a lot of thrills,
Us ticks dig in under the hide,
And feed as the creature rambles,
Through the hills,
Talk about hitching a ride!
Through the eyes of a wood tick,
A lot of sights are seen,
We may be small,
Us ticks love riding on people,
When we are found, we make the person scream,
But we have a ball.
