Under a Ten Gallon Hat

Strolling,
Through,
The hills,
I stop quite often,
To admire the beauty,
Which is rolling.
The brim,
Of my ten gallon hat,
Shades my eyes,
Up,
In a tree,
I spot a bobcat,
Yes,
This big brute,
Is free.
By living,
Under a ten gallon hat,
I'm happy,
As a clam,
Looky over yonder,
On the face,
Of that rock bluff,
It's a ram.
Living,
Under a ten gallon hat,
I've walked,
A lot of miles, Yes,
I've talked,
To a lot of folks,
And received,
A lot of smiles.
I never sneeze,
While under,
My ten gallon hat,
The release of energy,
May cause a breeze,
No! I can't do that.
I've covered a lot of ground,
Under my,
Ten gallon hat,
When,
I stop and listen,
I hear every sound.
My,
Ten gallon hat,
Loves the rain,
I turn,
My ten gallon hat,
Upside down,
With my hair soaked,
I,
Look like a clown,
I replace my lid,
Thank you ten gallon hat,
For,
Not letting me drown.
I love,
My ten gallon hat,
It protects,
Me from the elements,
Above.
