From the summit of
our hike.
Looking out over the vast expanse
of creation.
The eloquent Tulameen River
meandering through the corridor
of the pristine Tulameen valley
bottom below.
Skyline significantly enhanced
by Nature's unique paintbrush.
Billowy cumulonimbus clouds
streaked with revealing hints
of gray.
In the southwest, the skyline
is ribboned with a hint of snow.
Jackson mountain, sporting
a billowy cloud cap of fluffiness.
The ridges and valleys,
dappled in dancing cloud shadows.
Spring vegetation, with
Indian paintbrush, skirting our
picnic site.
The mountain range and ridges;
before us;
Billowy cloud characters playing
tag, in the sky.
Backpackers wilderness delight!
View from the top;
in which three hiking mountaineers
are beheld in Nature's loving power.
