We Need to be Ready

At all times we need
to be ready.
We must be on our guard.
As Jesus. When He was teaching
His Father's ways.
In each humble, meek, God-fearing Christian,
God has planted
His seed.
The Spirit of Truth. The Spirit of,
Jesus Christ.
The author and perfecter of our
faith.
To our Creator give humble praise!
Living by faith.
Jesus was always ready.
When tempted Jesus always
fought the devil with His
Father's Word.
Hallelujah! To Jesus give,
humble heartfelt praise.
We need to be ready!
Because we know not the day
nor the hour,
in which Jesus is coming
to lift those up who are saved.
So, Pray, Pray, Pray.
That you will be ready.
Live by God's Word!
Follow our Savior's every command.
Live by faith, not by sight.
Listen to our heavenly Father
speak.
As his holy righteous angels
lead you through each day.
Our Creator's voice is powerful
and spiritually unique.
We are heirs to our Savior's
throne.
We need to be ready!
One day soon, each faithful
believer, will be lifted up
in glory.
To be with Jesus.
Stay tuned to the Holy Spirit.
My beloved brothers and sisters
in Christ.
Be on your guard! With your
shields of faith held high.
Stand firm on our Father's Holy Word.
We belong to the King.
We need to be ready;
as the five wise virgins, who
had extra oil for their lamps.
When Jesus came they were awake
and ready.
Into Jesus's banquet, they were
let in.
Matthew 25:1-13 The Parable of the Ten
Virgins
"At that time the kingdom of heaven
will be like ten virgins who took their
lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.
Five of them were foolish and five
were wise.
The foolish ones took their lamps
but did not take any oil with them.
The wise however, took oil in jars
along with their lamps.
The bridegroom was a long time in
coming, and they all became drowsy
and fell asleep.
At midnight the cry rang out:
'Here's the bridegroom!Come out to
meet him!'
Then all the virgins woke up
and trimmed their lamps.
The foolish ones said to the wise,
'Give us some of your oil;
our lamps are going out.'
'No,' they replied, 'there may not be
enough for both us and you. Instead,
go to those who sell oil and buy
some for yourselves.'
But while they were on their
way to buy the oil, the bridegroom
arrived. The virgins who were ready
went in with him to the wedding
banquet. And the door was shut.
Later the others also came. 'Sir!
Sir!' they said. 'Open the door for us!'
But he replied, 'I tell you
the truth, I don't know you.'
Therefore keep watch, because you
do not know the day or the hour.
We need to be ready!
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father;
We praise your Holy and mighty
name.
We praise you for being a God
of love.
We praise you for being merciful
and forever faithful.
With humble hearts dear Father
we praise you for being a
forgiving God.
Thank you Father for the living hope
that we each have in the resurrection
of our Savior Jesus Christ.
Father God, you are good; all of
the time.
Father, Abba, Daddy: from studying
scripture, we have learned that all
things work to the good; for those who
love you. Those called according to your
purpose.
Father, we most humbly pray that we
will be ready, when Jesus Christ
returns to lift us up, in His bridal
train.
Father God, in the mighty miraculous
working name of our Lord Jesus Christ
we pray for godly strength.
Enabling us to stand firm on your Holy
Word.
Father, we pray that we may always,
always be on our guard. With our shields
of faith held high.
Father, by your Holy Spirit, and in
the mighty miraculous working name
of our Savior Jesus Christ,
we pray that we may be continually
inspired to carry extra oil
for our spiritual lamps.
Father, greater is he, that is in us,
than he that is in the world.
Hallelujah!
Father, your begotten Son Jesus Christ
was ready, when He was led to the cross
of Calvary. Because He walked by faith.
Not by sight.
Father God, all things are possible
with you.
Father, with true, and humble hearts
my brothers and sisters in Christ
pray for your Holy Spirit, to flow
through each of us, as a river of
Living Water.
Blessing us with the same godly
faith that Jesus had.
So that we will be ready. When,
Jesus returns to lift us up in glory.
Father of the heavenly lights.
As a burning fragrant incense,
we lift our most humble prayer up
before your royal throne of grace,
through the reigning office of,
our loving Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ.
Amen, and Amen.
