A most majestic bald eagle eloquently soars
Ever so boldly
With wings spread in a gentle breeze
Early morning sunlight enhancing the richness
Of eagle's gracefully feathered body
Head and tail glistening snow-white
Eight foot wingspan and superior body, displaying
Sparkling deep rich brown
Wilderness cathedral is uniquely caressed beneath
This bald eagle's wings
Shifting thermal currents guiding eagle within the boundaries
